Receptionist is beyond disrespectful over the phone. And how does a vet clinic in 2026 not have an email?! There’s absolutely no way you only have fax. She will cut you off, and when you ask for clarification for anything she will bite your head off. I’m unsure if she is having an off day, being human that happens, however working customer service she should know that personal matters are put aside when dealing with people. I pray for their patients because if this is how people are treated, there’s no telling how the ones who can’t talk back are treated.

Dr. Geren is the best! I have been using her for a very long time and she has always given great care to my cats and dogs.

Down to earth vet. First visit. Reasonable price. Vet is not personable and will not be a good fit for all owners but does good work on your pet. Gave discount on a feral
